The ChangeUp Infrastructure Development Plan has been put together as a result of a great deal of work identifying voluntary and community sector infrastructure needs in Barking & Dagenham. It is the first stage in the implementation of a 10-year strategy for ownership by all the voluntary and community sector, to be used as a tool for supporting strategic development and focusing resources.
The ChangeUp Infrastructure Development Plan is not fixed over the next ten years; rather it will be used as a working document, which takes account of and is informed by future developments and project evaluation. We would value the continuing contribution of Barking & Dagenham voluntary and community organisations and welcome further feedback on identifying any gaps we may have missed or any additional infrastructure support needs that should be included.
